One acre of land is dedicated to this project involving gardens, waterfalls, terraces, and a pool, landscaped as a pond. The stream falls over a 100 ft long wall of stone, meanders across the lawn, flows through moss and flowers down to the pond or to a rock spillway on top of a 15 ft high rock wall that drops the water into the 10 ft deep pond.
